We had started the company after Len retired, to manufacture and market his inventions. One of these, the Masquepen, became so successful we found ourselves working virtually full time. Daughter Elena and her husband Mark joined the company five or six years ago, and became  responsible for manufacturing the Masquepen. Len's 80th birthday in January seemed the ideal time for Elena and Mark to take responsibility for running Cruddas Innovations Ltd, and become completely responsible for the Masquepen products.
